How do I pay?

Payment is quick and easy through the website - once you have decided on the item you'd like to buy, click the 'add to cart' button. Click on the cart symbol on the top right-hand side of the screen and follow the instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment can be made through major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. You can also use Paypal and Apple Pay.

Do you accept layaway?

Yes, layaway is available. A non-refundable deposit of 15 percent is required to secure the item, and must be paid in full over a maximum of 3 months.

Do you offer credit?

Unfortunately we don't offer credit at this time.

Can I reserve an item?

Yes, items can be reserved for up to 72 hours. Please contact us if you'd like us to hold an item.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do. We can ship to most countries. All items are fully insured and are sent at the risk of Essie's Antiques.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are dispatched either the same day or the next day at the latest, excluding weekends. UK orders are either sent Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a next day service, or DHL Domestic. Global orders are sent with DHL Express and should be received within 3-5 days, notwithstanding any customs delays.

How do I track my package?

You will receive an email with the tracking link once your item has been dispatched.
