Items may be sent back within 30 days for a full refund (excluding the cost of any resizing that we undertook for you).

Before returning an item, please contact us with your intention to return. A return shipping address will then be provided. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, including the jewellery box and any gemmological certificates, if supplied.
